Internship Vacancy – LVA Secretariat
The Laboratory of Vibrations and Acoustics (LVA) linked to the Department of Mechanical Engineering of UFSC, discloses a call to fill a vacancy in the secretariat of LVA. The sector is mainly in charge of administrative activities, among the main:
- Make budgets and purchase orders with the support foundations;
- Receive deliveries and mail form LVA;
- Assist teachers and fellows in the necessary administrative process;
- Schedule LVA rooms and chambers;
- Manage the inventory and inventory record of the laboratory;
- Control the system of loan and return of equipment;
- Make updates on the laboratory’s website and social networks;
- Ensure the conservation and maintenance of the laboratory facilities.

The workload is 20h weekly, to be fulfilled in the hours of the day. We seek a person form the initial phases (between the second and fifth phase preferably), organized, proactive and willing to learn.
